Site Conceptual Model:
During preparation of the Remedial Investigation and feasibility study understanding the Site conditions and constraints is key to developing a successful remedial program. Development of a Site Conceptual Model (SCM) is the process our team will follow as the first step to understanding the Site conditions and investigating remedial alternatives.

Remedial Action Plan and Remedial Action Design:
The Remedial Action Plan (RAP) will present the selected remedial action. It will provide the basis for selection of the proposed remedy.

The services are anticipated to include, but may not be limited to:

• Environmental site assessments of properties
• Identification of potential environmental concerns and contamination
• Investigation of environmental contamination
• Development of cost, schedule and remedial strategy for cleanup of site contamination and reuse of property
• Additional environmental technical expertise as required
